There were no declarations of interest made in accordance with the Code of Conduct. However, it was noted that in submitting an apology for absence, Councillor Miss Elks had indicated that she had a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in Application TM/13/01736/Fl in that the applicant was her mother. Additionally, it was noted that Councillor Lancaster had advised that, while he had neither a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest nor an Other Significant Interest, as the Ward colleague of Councillor Miss Elks he wished to avoid any suggestion of an interest or bias and had tendered an apology for absence. It was noted that as Councillor Miss Elks was not the applicant those Members present at the meeting had no interest to declare. |

RESOLVED: That (1) the application be APPROVED in accordance with the submitted details, conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health subject to the addition of Condition 8. Prior to the installation of a front door into the western elevation of the building to serve unit 4a, full details of the design and appearance of the door shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, and the work shall thereafter be carried out in strict accordance with those details.
