AP2 09/097 Declarations of interest.
Councillor Worrall declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application TM/09/02435/FL on the grounds that that he was a member of West Malling Cricket Club who was the applicant. He withdrew from the meeting during consideration of this item.

Councillor Balfour declared a personal interest in the item on Planning Appeals as he lived opposite a property listed in Item 11 as having had an appeal recently dismissed.
