RESOLVED: That NO OBJECTION BE RAISED subject to: (1) Amended informatives: 1. While the submitted materials for the elevations are considered to be acceptable, the Borough Council is concerned that the use of concrete interlocking roof tiles may harm the visual amenities of the Green Belt and strongly suggests the use of slate or imitation slate tiles would be more appropriate for use on the roof and Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council to be consulted thereon. 2. The County Council is urged to ensure adequate safety for vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access and circulation, that the car parking provision is adequate and that the access and parking arrangement are safely integrated with the use of the access to the Memorial Hall site. 3. The County Council is urged to consider a secondary crossing point to ensure the safety of children and pedestrians as well as a dedicated and segregated access for their use. 4.
