Installation of 1 no. 15 metre high slimline monopole, 3 no. antennas within a shroud on top of the monopole, 1 no. equipment cabinet and ancillary equipment at land South West of Pumping Station, New Hythe Lane, Larkfield.

Details of school travel plan submitted pursuant to condition 23 of planning permission TM/04/03357/CR3: Demolition of existing school buildings and provision of new school buildings together with car parking areas, landscaping and temporary mobile classrooms at The Malling School, Beech Road, East Malling.

RESOLVED: That the Kent County Council be advised that Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council Raise No Objection as detailed in letter dated 6 July 2005 and the School Travel Plan received on 8 July 2005 subject to:
(1) the occasional staff car sharing arrangements being developed further; and
(2) the encouragement of the dropping off of children at the drop off point in Clare Lane, in preference to the Beech Road drop off point entrance.
Informatives:
1. KCC is strongly requested to carry out improvements and provide lighting to the public footpaths linking to the school entrance from Clare Lane and along Blacklands in order to increase personal safety, which may also encourage more pupils to walk to school.
2. KCC is strongly advised to review the local road network linking to the new main entrance off Clare Lane, in order to investigate the possibility of providing footpaths and improving and providing streetlights.

Application under Section 73 for the removal of condition 14 of planning permission TM/96/00238/FL (seven industrial units) to allow the 24 hour movement of heavy goods vehicles at priory Park, Ditton Court Quarry, Mills Road, Quarry Wood, Aylesford.

(1) the amendment of condition 1. to read:
1. The level of noise emitted from Heavy Goods Vehicles on the service roads and manoeuvring in the service yards shall not exceed LAeq, 1 hour 41db or LAMaxFAST 58db between 2200 and 0600 as a facade level at any of the residential properties, based on measurements at the specific monitoring points shown on the plans received 08.08.05.
