JTB 08/031 Minutes
 RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the meeting of the Joint Transportation Board held on 8 September 2008 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
JTB 08/032 Streetlighting - Presentation by EDF
 The Board received a detailed presentation from Mr Anthony White of EDF in respect of the street lighting service provided within the Borough. Members were given an opportunity to question Mr White and Sue Kinsella and Brian Chitty of Kent Highways about the existing arrangements with EDF and the development of a service level agreement for maintenance and repair works.

JTB 08/033 Parking Action Plan - Progress Report
 The report of the Director of Planning, Transport and Leisure provided an update on current schemes within the Parking Action Plan.

RECOMMENDED: That

(1) the Experimental Order for Zone N be confirmed;

(2) the interim position on the matters raised by certain residents of Rose Street in Zone N, as described in Annex 2 to the report, be noted and endorsed;

(3) the Experimental Order for Zone G be confirmed; and

(4) subject to the amendments described in Annex 3 to the report, the Experimental Order for Blue Bell Hill Zone F be confirmed.

 The Director of Planning, Transport and Leisure provided an update on transport issues related to the provision of railway services.
JTB 08/035 2008-09 Integrated Transport Scheme Progress Report
 The report of the Head of Countywide Improvements provided an update on progress with the current schedule of integrated transport schemes.
JTB 08/036 Integrated Transport Programme for Tonbridge and Malling 2009/10 and beyond
 The report of the Head of Transport and Development provided details of the future programme of investment in traffic and highway management schemes in 2009/10 and outlined the draft programme to 2012.
JTB 08/037 Information reports from the Highways Advisory Board
 The report of the Interim Director of Kent Highway Services set out details of matters considered at the meeting of the Highways Advisory Board held on 11 November 2008.
JTB 08/038 Petitions submitted to Kent Highway Services
 The report of the Interim Director of Kent Highway Services set out details of petitions received by the County Council since the last meeting of the Joint Transportation Board.
JTB 08/039 A21 Tonbridge to Pembury Dualling
 The joint report of the Director of Planning, Transport and Leisure and the Head of Transport and Development provided an update on the programme for the dualling of the A21 between Tonbridge and Pembury.
