JTB 13/017 Parking Action Plan

 The report of the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health provided an update on the phased approach to on-street parking management within the Borough.

RESOLVED: That the following be commended to the Borough Council Cabinet

That the contents of Phase 7 of the Parking Action Plan and the parking review of Snodland be endorsed.
MATTERS SUBMITTED FOR INFORMATION
JTB 13/018 Tonbridge Town Centre Transport Strategy - Update
 Further to Minute JTB 13/008 the joint report of the Director of Highways and Transportation and the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health provided an update on progress with the development of the revised Town Centre Transport Strategy for Tonbridge. The Board commended officers for work undertaken to date and looked forward to considering costed design proposals at a future meeting.
JTB 13/019 Borough Transportation Issues
 The report of the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health provided an update on a number of transportation matters on which the Borough Council had been focusing.
JTB 13/020 Highway Works Programme 2013-14
 The report of KCC Highways and Transportation provided an update on schemes programmed for construction by the County Council in 2013/14.
JTB 13/021 Member Highway Fund Programme Update Report
 The report of the Head of Transportation, Kent Highways and Transportation, provided a summary of the current position on a number of initiatives within the Borough funded from each County member Highway Fund.
JTB 13/022 Traffic Schemes
 The report of the Head of Transportation, Kent Highways and Transportation, provided a summary of the current position on a number of traffic and transportation initiatives in the Borough.
JTB 13/023 Results from the Highway Tracker Survey 2012
 The report of the Commercial Manager, Kent Highways and Transportation, summarised the key findings of the Highway Tracker Survey undertaken between November and December 2012. It was noted that the full survey had been published on the County Council's website and that the information would be used to improve service delivery to residents.
