Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document Response to Initial Consultation

The report set out details of the responses received to the informal consultation on the draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document and highlighted a number of amendments made to the draft to enable publication for formal consultation under Regulation 17 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document, as amended, be advertised for public comment under Regulation 17 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 25 February 2008.
