The report outlined a draft series of non-statutory guides for householders and developers on the available renewable energy technologies that could be incorporated within new developments and existing buildings.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the guides on renewable energy technologies, outlined in Annex 1 of the report, be approved and made available free of charge to householders and planning applicants.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 3 June 2008.
