The report advised of Russet Homes' proposal to introduce Starter Tenancies for new lettings across its stock.
Following consideration by the Strategic Housing Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Housing resolved that Russet Homes' proposal to introduce starter tenancies across its stock be supported, subject to Russet agreeing to contact the Council's housing advice team in cases where possession is being sought following the service of a Section 21 notice.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Strategic Housing Advisory Board of 19 May 2008.
