The report provided an update on progress with the implementation of the project funded from Planning Delivery Grant.

Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the procurement of scanning services for planning history files be endorsed on the basis set out in the report and the tender of Document Control Services Limited be accepted.

Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 22 October 2007 (contains exempt information).
