The Cabinet received the recommendations of the Finance and Property Advisory Board of 23 May 2007 in respect of adoption of premises licence fees under the Gambling Act 2005. The Chief Solicitor undertook to report back to the appropriate committee when experience had been obtained of the scale of work involved in issuing such licences. RECOMMENDED: That the Council adopt as its fees the maximum fees specified in the annex to the report to the Finance and Property Advisory Board. *Referred to Council |
