The Cabinet received the recommendations of the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 14 June 2007 in relation to the re-adoption of Conservation Area Appraisals. RECOMMENDED: That (1) subject to the minor amendments identified under Annex A to the report to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the West Malling, East Malling village, Ivy Hatch and Ditton Conservation Area Appraisals be re-adopted; and (2) the approach and priorities for the preparation of further Conservation Area Appraisals, as set out in the report, be agreed. *Referred to Council |
