The proposal is therefore contrary to PPS7 (Sustainable Development in Rural Areas), PPG15 (Planning and the Historic Environment) and Policies EN4 and QL6 of the Kent and Medway Structure Plan 2006. If the Secretary of State is minded to approve the proposal, then any replacement poles should be of the same materials, size, form and design as those they replace. |
