Human Resources Strategy |
The report of the Central Services Director provided an update on progress in achieving the improvement priorities in the Human Resources Strategy during 2005/06 and identified actions to be implemented in 2006/07. It was noted that the Strategy incorporated the Pay and Workforce Strategy requested by the former Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and had been commended for adoption by the Policy and Best Value Committee on 7 June 2006. RECOMMENDED: That the updated Human Resources Strategy, as recommended by the Policy and Best Value Committee, be adopted. *Referred to Council |
