Further to Minute GP 04/047 on the restructuring of Central and Executive Services, the report of the Central Services Director recommended the regularisation of the increase in hours of one of the job share partners occupying the post of Democratic Services Officer in order to accommodate the servicing of Management Team meetings.

RECOMMENDED: That the hours of post DA0304, Democratic Services Officer, be increased by 7.5 hours at an additional annual cost of £1,782 with effect from 1 August 2005. *Referred to Council |
