The report set out details of an application to divert part of Public Footpath MR 365, West Peckham.
Following consideration by the Area 2 Planning Committee, the Cabinet Member for Leisure Facilities, Culture and Youth resolved that, subject to there being no adverse comments on the proposal from informal consultees and the Kent County Council,
1) a Diversion Order be made and advertised under the provisions of Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
2) if unopposed the Diversion be confirmed; or
3) if any objections are received the Diversion Order be referred to the Secretary of State for determination.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Area 2 Planning Committee of 12 October 2005.
