The report brought forward the proposed terms and conditions for the Catering Concession at Tonbridge Castle Grounds and the Triathlon Agreement at Haysden Country Park. Delegated authority was also sought regarding the grant of the lease for the Water Sports Concession at Leybourne Lakes Country Park.
Following consideration by the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Youth and Arts resolved that:
1) the proposed terms and conditions for the Tonbridge Castle Catering Concession and Haysden Country Park Triathlon Agreement, as outlined in the report, be approved;
2) authority be delegated to the Central Services Director to agree the level of the licence fee for the Tonbridge Castle Catering Concession, in consultation with the Chief Leisure Officer, following receipt of the competitive quotes; and
3) authority be delegated to the Central Services Director to agree the level of the lease fee for the Leybourne Lakes Country Park Water Sports Concession, in consultation with the Chief Leisure Officer, following receipt of the competitive quotes.
