The report recommended a response to the consultation paper relating to new initiatives for energy generation.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the comments set out in Annex 1 of the report in respect of 'Permitted Development Rights for Householder Microgeneration - Responses to Questions' be submitted as the Council's response to the consultation with the potential noise disturbances in residential areas and the visual effect of equipment in prominent locations being noted in the responses.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 14 June 2007.
