2009/10 Corporate Performance Plan |
The joint report of the Leader and Chief Executive presented the Corporate Performance Plan for 2009/10. It was noted that due to changes in legislation the Plan was being presented in its final form at this time and followed the format of previous versions of "Spotlight on our Performance" which had been well received by the Audit Commission. The Plan contained actions in respect of the priorities for improvement agreed by the Council on 19 February 2009 and reviewed performance over the past year. Members acknowledged the importance of Spotlight as a means of demonstrating accountability to the community for the actions undertaken by the Council. Thanks were recorded to the staff of the Improvement and Development Unit for their work on production of the document. RECOMMENDED: That the Corporate Performance Plan for 2009/10 be adopted by the Council. *Referred to Council |
