The report sought approval of the proposed Dog Control Orders for the Council's Public Open Spaces following public consultation.
Following consideration by the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Youth and Arts resolved that the proposed Dog Control Orders, as highlighted at Annex 1 of the report, be approved subject to increasing the maximum number of dogs permitted per person to 6.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board of 15 December 2009.
