The report recommended the extension of the current Leisure Services Business Unit Catering and Vending Services Contract for a further two years, in accordance with the existing contract conditions.
Following consideration by the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Youth and Arts resolved that Juice for Life Limited be awarded a two year extension to the current Leisure Services Business Unit Catering and Vending Services Contract from 1 May 2009 to 30 April 2011 in accordance with the existing contract conditions.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board of 17 March 2008 (contains exempt information).
