The report recommended the extension of the current Leisure Services Business Unit Cleaning Services Contract for a further two years in accordance with the existing contract conditions.
Following consideration by the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Youth and Arts resolved that Ridge Crest Cleaning Services Ltd be awarded a two year extension to the current Leisure Services Business Unit Cleaning Services Contract in accordance with the existing contract conditions.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board of 22 May 2007 (contains exempt information).
