Larkfield Leisure Centre - Capital Development

The report provided an update on progress on the current capital development project at Larkfield Leisure Centre together with details of the latest anticipated loss of income associated with the works.
Following consideration by the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Youth and Arts resolved that:
1) the progress with the capital development works at Larkfield Leisure Centre to date be noted; and
2) the revised loss of income related to the works be revisited and adjusted as appropriate as part of the revised estimate process.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board of 17 July 2007.
