MATTERS FOR RECOMMENDATION TO THE CABINET
PO 09/019 Food Law Enforcement Service Plan 2009-2012
 Members were advised of the Council's requirement to produce a Food Safety Service Plan, which formed part of the Council's Policy Framework. The report of the Director of Health and Housing sought approval and recommendation to Cabinet of the Food Law Enforcement Service Plan 2009-2012.

RECOMMENDED: That the Food Law Enforcement Service Plan 2009-12 be noted and commended to Cabinet and Council in accordance with the Budget and Policy Framework procedure rules set out in Part Four of the Council's Constitution.
