The Director of Finance invited the Cabinet to consider two minor administrative amendments to the Council's Anti Money Laundering Policy as recommended by the Policy Overview Committee and Audit Committee on 18 January and 24 January 2011 respectively. RECOMMENDED: That the Anti Money Laundering Policy and accompanying Guidance Note be amended to reflect the change in responsible officers and the updated policy be adopted. *Referred to Council |
