Licensing Act 2003: Statement of Licensing Policy |
The Chief Solicitor reported that the draft Annex to the Statement of Licensing Policy, which had been adopted at the Committee's last meeting for consultation purposes, had been sent to the consultees and none of them had raised any comments. As a result, the draft Annex was being recommended to Council for adoption. RECOMMENDED: That the Annex to the Statement of Licensing Policy, set out in Annex 1 to the Chief Solicitor's report, be adopted as part of the Council's Statement of Licensing Policy. *Referred to Council |
