Council Priorities 2006/07 and 2006/07 Corporate Performance Plan |
Consideration was given to the joint report of the Leader and the Chief Executive which had previously been discussed by the Policy and Best Value Committee on 24 January 2006 when the recommendations contained therein had been supported. The Cabinet was invited to endorse the Council's priorities including key priorities and a practical means of progressing the 2006/07 Corporate Performance Plan in order to meet the 30 June deadline for publication. RECOMMENDED: That (1) the priorities, including the key priorities, as set out in Annex 1 to the report to the Policy and Best Value Committee be endorsed; and (2) the role of the Policy and Best Value Committee in considering the draft Corporate Performance Plan, as set out in section 3 of the report to that Committee, be approved for this and future years. *Referred to Council |
