Leisure Services Business Unit - Larkfield Leisure Centre Management Restructure |
Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Leisure concerning a proposal to restructure the management resources at Larkfield Leisure Centre in response to current vacancies and the market position. It was noted that the Management Team had endorsed the proposals and authorised the placement of advertisements for two key posts. RECOMMENDED: That (1) the revised structure set out at Annex 3 to the report be approved subject to amendment of the note to indicate that it would result in a small additional cost of £90; (2) the post of General Manager be regraded to C20; (3) the posts of Assistant Manager be regraded to C16a; (4) the posts of Health and Fitness Manager be graded C16a and Administration Manager be regraded to C16 respectively; and (5) the action taken to date in advertising the posts of General Manager and Administration Manager be endorsed. *Referred to Council |
