Following consideration by the Area 2 Planning Committee, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the disposal of amenity land to the rear of Roundhay, Leybourne be approved under the terms and conditions outlined in the report.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Area 2 Planning Committee of 20 July 2005 (contains exempt information).
