Local Code of Corporate Governance |
The joint report of the Leader and Chief Executive introduced a revised Local Code of Corporate Governance which had previously been considered by the Audit Committee at its meeting on 24 October 2006. It was noted that CIPFA/SOLACE were currently reviewing the framework guidelines and when the new wording was available efforts would be made to ensure full integration with the Constitution in accordance with the Audit Committee's request. RECOMMENDED: That the revised draft Local Code of Corporate Governance be adopted. *Referred to Council |
