Governance Arrangements for the Internal Management of Investment Funds |
Further to Minute CB 06/101 the report of the Director of Finance identified the governance arrangements considered necessary in the event that funds available for more than one year were withdrawn from external management and managed internally. A series of Treasury Management Practices, suitably amended to reflect the increased flexibility required, was presented for consideration and adoption. Reference was made to a presentation to be given by the Council's Treasury Advisor on 13 December 2006 on the subject of Treasury Management. RECOMMENDED: That (1) the Treasury Management Practices set out at Annex 1 to the report be adopted; and (2) these Practices be reviewed on a not less than annual basis. *Referred to Council |
