The report outlined the contents of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Handbook and recommended its adoption as a material consideration for development control.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Landscape Design Handbook be adopted as a material consideration for development control.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 27 February 2006.
