The report set out details of proposed new leases to Peaches Health and Beauty and Warmlake Sports retail, both located at Larkfield Leisure Centre, Larkfield.
Following consideration by the Area 3 Planning Committee, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that approval be given to the terms and conditions for a two year lease to both Peaches Health and Beauty and Warmlake Sports retail.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Area 3 Planning Committee of 27 April 2006 (contains exempt information).
