The report set out details of a licence agreement for a hot food trader at the above named site.
Following consideration by the Area 3 Planning Committee, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that
(1) approval be given to the terms and conditions for a licence agreement for the Hot Food Trader; and
(2) the provision of a ‘hardstanding' pitch on the area designated in Annex 1 to the report be investigated.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Area 3 Planning Committee of 27 April 2006 (contains exempt information).
