RESOLVED: That the application be APPROVED subject to (1) the amendment of Informative 1 to read: 1. The applicant is strongly advised that measures need to be taken to reduce noise emissions from the air-conditioning plant associated with these premises. You are advised to undertake appropriate measures as part of the impending refurbishment works.
