The Cabinet received the recommendations of the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 3 June 2008 on the response to formal consultation on the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document which had been endorsed by the Policy Overview Committee at its meeting on 5 June 2008. RECOMMENDED: That the Affordable Housing SPD as amended be adopted as part of the Council's policy framework and as a material consideration in Development Control. *Referred to Council |
