The Cabinet received the recommendations of the Community Development Advisory Board of 23 July 2008 on the designation of additional Alcohol Control Zones in the Borough, together with a further report of the Chief Executive updating the position and presenting revised maps showing the final proposed zones. RECOMMENDED: That an Order pursuant to the Local Authorities (Alcohol Consumption in Designated Public Places) Regulations 2001 be made in respect of those areas set out at Annex 1 to the report as places where restrictions apply to the consumption of alcohol in designated public places. *Referred to Council |
