MATTERS FOR RECOMMENDATION TO THE CABINET
PO 08/017 Asset Management Plan
 The report of the Central Services Director brought forward an updated Draft Asset Management Plan.

Members were advised that this plan supported the Level 4 Key Lines of Enquiry priorities for asset management.

The excellent work in updating the document was recognised, although frustration was expressed at the apparent lack of an ongoing maintenance schedule for some parts of the Borough. Officers undertook to investigate this matter and report back to local Members concerned.

RECOMMENDED: That the 2008-2011 Asset Management Plan be endorsed for adoption by the Council.
