The report updated the position on applications decision performance, User Satisfaction Survey, Planning Delivery Grant (PDG), the End-to-End Uniform e-planning system, staffing matters funded by PDG and future data scanning work.

Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Community Development resolved that the report be noted and the arrangements for procurement of a scanning contract be endorsed.

Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 24 October 2005.
