The report updated the position on emerging new primary and secondary legislation arising from the consultation last summer on the Planning White Paper and allied documents.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the report be noted and made available to Members of Parliament for consideration during the passage of the Bill.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 8 January 2008.
