Disability Equality Scheme |
Consideration was given to the report of the Chief Executive in respect of a draft updated Disability Equality Scheme which reflected the cumulative results of several phases of consultation. It was noted that the scheme had been commended for adoption by the Policy and Best Value Committee subject to a number of amendments contained in supplementary information circulated at its meeting on 23 August 2006. RECOMMENDED: That the updated Disability Equality Scheme, as recommended by the Policy and Best Value Committee, be adopted. *Referred to Council |
