CB 06/103 Customer Services Strategy
The report of the Customer Services Manager presented a Customer Services Strategy which had previously been considered by the Policy and Best Value Committee on 23 August 2006 and commended for adoption as part of the Council's budget and policy framework.

RECOMMENDED: That the Customer Services Strategy, as recommended by the Policy and Best Value Committee, be adopted.
