Following consideration by the Area 3 Planning Committee, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that approval be given to the proposal set out in the report for granting a new lease to EDF Energy for an electricity sub-station, High Street, Aylesford.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Area 3 Planning Committee of 27 April 2006 (contains exempt information).
