Decision details

The report set out details of an opportunity to establish a Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) which could provide funding for local projects addressing a range of community issues and needs within Tonbridge and Malling.  The report outlined the bidding process and suggested that a Tonbridge and Malling CLLD could focus on addressing the needs of the more deprived communities within the borough. 

Following consideration by the Communities and Health Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Communities and Health resolved that: 

An expression of interest for a Community-Led Local Development initiative, focused on addressing the Borough’s community development objectives, be submitted to the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP).
