(Joint report of Director of Street Scene and Leisure, Director of Finance and Transformation and Cabinet Members for Leisure, Youth and Arts and Finance, Innovation and Property)

Further to Decision No D140079MEM, the report provided an update on the retendering of the Ground Maintenance Contract including the outcome of the tender evaluation and a proposed way forward.

The Cabinet resolved that:

1)               the rejection of the tender submission from one company in respect of Option A as a non-compliant tender, as set out at paragraphs 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 of the report, be confirmed; and

2)              Landscape Services Limited be awarded the Ground Maintenance Services contract Option A as outlined in the report, commencing on 1 January 2015 for a contract sum of £534,844.13.
