Consideration of recommendations to the Cabinet from the Housing and Environment Services Advisory Board of 9 November 2015.
The Cabinet resolved that:
The recommendations of the Housing and Environment Services Advisory Board be approved as follows:
(1) the scale of charges for mandatory HMO licensing, caravan site licensing, condemned food certificates, exported food certificates, contaminated land monitoring, sampling private water supplies, stray dog redemption fees, household bulky refuse collection and “Missed” refuse collection charges be approved with effect from 1 April 2016, as detailed in the report to the Advisory Board; and
(2) the introduction of a new charge for fridge and freezer collections be approved and a report on the proposed charges be submitted to the next meeting of the Housing and Environment Services Advisory Board.
