The report set out details of a proposed review of the grants awarded annually to key voluntary sector bodies which provided support services to residents within the Borough. 

Following consideration by the Communities Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Community Services resolved that:

The Borough’s key voluntary sector bodies be consulted on proposals to reduce grant support, as set out in the report, and a further report be submitted to the next meeting of the Communities Advisory Board on the outcome of that process.
