(Joint report of Director of Street Scene and Leisure and Cabinet Member for Leisure Youth and Arts)

Further to Decision No D13002MEM the report provided an update on the retendering of the Council’s Grounds Maintenance Contract and sought approval of a select list of contractors.

Following consideration by the Leisure and Arts Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Youth and Arts resolved that:

1)         subject to a satisfactory health and safety appraisal, the Select List of Contractors set out in the report be approved and invited to tender for the Council’s Grounds Maintenance Contract; and

2)         the approach to social value outlined in paragraph 1.7 of the report be endorsed.
