The report gave details of proposed terms for the lease of an area of land at Haysden Country Park for the siting of a container to enable the expansion of the catering service currently provided.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
The new lease be granted on the terms outlined in the report together with a condition requiring the container to be painted a suitable colour.
