Further to Decision No D160033CAB, the report gave an update on progress made with the online lottery to provide discretionary support to local voluntary and community groups.  Some minor amendments were proposed to the criteria for acceptance of good causes.  It was noted that it was planned to launch the lottery during the first week of September 2016.

The Cabinet resolved that:

(1)             the contents of the report be noted; and

(2)             the amended criteria set out at Annex 1 to the report be approved for acceptance of good causes into the lottery.
